She is the Co-Founder of the wildly successful BlissDom Conference. The BlissDom Conference has been a sold out event three years in a row. Blissdom was developed to help women connect, learn and develop their blogs and their businesses. BlissDom strives to give the right brands the ability to connect with these influencers in a welcoming environment to build relationships and communication between both sides. 

 
In October 2010, BlissDom went international. BlissDom Canada, hosted in Toronto, was Canada’s first Social Media conference for Women. The sold-out conference was opened with a keynote from Scott Stratten and sponsored by GM Canada, Roots and Intel. BlissDom Canada will continue to be hosted in Toronto each year in the Fall. 

Allison is a dynamic consultant and strategist who specializes in
advising social media strategy, personal branding, developing
promotional campaigns and advising best practices for blogger outreach and is a member of Intel’s social media advisory board.

Alli’s creativity is only hindered by a lack of clones and need for sleep. She and her husband have five sons and live outside of Nashville, Tennessee.
